Piezoelectric ceramic ring

Applications: ultrasonic vibration tranducer for inkjet printer

Vibration mechanism of inkjet printer:

Generally, it is composed of piezoelectric ceramics and driving rods. By high-frequency electric excitation, piezo ceramics produce high-frequency ultrasonic vibration (above 60 kHz or higher), which is transmitted to the driving rod and generates high-frequency micro-displacement (back and forth expansion) at its front end.

Piezo ceramics components features :

1. High vibration amplitude and can withstand higher power.

2. The product has high reliability, strong maintainability, and is not easy to break down or off-line.

3. The frequency can be adjusted in a wide range, generally within the range of 10KHz.

Piezoelectric Ceramic Material: PZT-41 (equal to PZT-4D)

Piezoelectric elements technical data:

Dimensions: out diameter 6mm, inner diamter 2.5mm, height 2 mm

Radial Frequency Fr: 789KHz ± 5%

Resonant Impedance R: < 20 Ω

Mechanical Coupling coefficient K33 >0.50

Dielectric Loss tg δ: ≤ 0.3%

Static capacitance Cs: 110pF±12.5%

Test Condition: 25±3 °C 40~70% R.H.

Cs tanδ => LCR meter at 1KHz 1Vrms

The following piezo materials is for the vibration transducer 

P-41

is equal to PZT-4D hard PZT. It is designed for higher dielectric constant, high Q m , high coercive field, high coupling and high stiffness required high power high driving transducers etc.

P-42

Is a modified hard PZT, higher dielectric constant of P-41.

P-43

is a modified hard PZT. It is developed for higher dielectric constant, high coupling and high stiffness required high power high driving etc. transducers

P-82

Is equal to PZT-8, hard PZT for higher mechanical quality factor, lower dielectric loss required and much higher power handling capability etc. transducers.

PCrN-4

is a modified PZT dedicated for extremely high power high driving etc. transducers with higher power handling capability than DL-43, dual function of receiver and transmiting transducer. 

PbaS-4

is a modified hard PZT developed for extremely high dielectric constant, high Q m , high stiffness and low dissipation factor required high frequency transducers etc.
